My Story
Hi, I’m Laura, the heart behind this venue.
I’ve always been someone who loves love. Weddings, celebrations, and the quiet moments that bring people together have always meant the world to me. I’m a planner by nature and a logistics nerd at heart, the kind of person who genuinely enjoys colour-coded schedules and can spot a timeline problem faster than most people find the dessert table.
Creating this venue felt like the most natural thing in the world. I’ve spent years pouring passion, sweat, and intention into a space that feels welcoming, flexible, and full of possibility. The acreage, the open sky, the cozy indoor space, and the sense of calm you feel here all of it reflects the things I care about most. I’m someone who loves animals, nature, and peaceful spaces. If there were a way to get my horses, dogs, and cats to help host events, trust me, I would have hired them already.
My love for events goes far beyond weddings (even though weddings will always have my heart).
I adore planning everything:

… and basically anything else people can dream up. I’ve planned so many different types of events that at this point I could probably run a surprise party for myself and still not see it coming.
Whether it’s something intimate and simple or something big with lots of moving parts, I truly enjoy helping people create a celebration that feels special, meaningful, and true to them. I love storytelling, I love making people laugh, and I love being the person who can quietly fix a problem before anyone even realizes there was one.
Running this venue isn’t just a business for me, it’s deeply personal.
I want every couple, every family, every group, and every organizer to feel supported, heard, and inspired. When someone chooses this place for their event, I take that to heart. It’s an honour to be part of moments people will remember for the rest of their lives.
