The Process
Step 01:
Select a service package that fits your vision and budget and check our calendar for availability.
Step 02:
Request a date and sign the contract.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preferred date.
Step 03:
Private consultation with our coordinator to ensure your vision is brought to life.
Step 04:
Final payment and guest count are due 14 days prior to wedding.
Step 05:
The day is finally here. Now time to pop that bubbly! Damage deposit returned within 7 days of departure.

Meet Laura – The Heart of Sageview Events
What started with a field and a vision, this fabulous space has blossomed into something truly special. Laura has poured her heart (and plenty of sweat, tears, and yes, even a little horse poop) into creating an extraordinary event space. Every inch of the venue is a testament to dedication and passion, built with love and a dream of making your big day as memorable as it is magical. Her goal? To ensure that every moment you spend here is filled with joy, beauty, and unforgettable memories.

Laura was absolutely incredible as our Day-Of Coordinator. She went above and beyond in every way, ensuring our day was nothing short of perfect. When our saxophonist canceled last minute, Laura worked her magic and found a replacement within hours, saving the day! Even when small hiccups like lost boutonnieres arose, she handled everything seamlessly, allowing Chris and me to fully enjoy our day without a worry. Thanks to her, we were able to be present in every moment and truly cherish our wedding. We can't recommend her enough - she is a lifesaver!

As a guest at this venue, I have to say the real star of the show is the breathtaking Alberta prairie views. The sunsets created the most stunning backdrop for the wedding photos—absolutely magical. When they say ‘Rustic Barn,’ they truly mean rustic, but with the bride’s elegant decorations, it became the perfect blend of charm and beauty. I quickly realized stiletto heels weren’t the best choice for the rocky ground, but thankfully my backup shoes were nearby! I danced the night away in the beautifully decorated Quonset, and the cozy bonfire outside was the perfect spot to relax with a cocktail under the stars. It was an unforgettable evening, with every detail adding to the charm.
